Most technology transformations don’t fail because of software. They fail because of decision paralysis, misaligned leadership, unclear ownership, and underestimated risk.

My Journey
I’ve spent more than 20 years leading large-scale technology and transformation efforts inside complex, global manufacturing organizations. Much of my work has focused on transforming fragmented, aging technology environments into secure, scalable platforms—often through major SAP programs, operating model redesigns, and data governance initiatives—while keeping the business running.
Along the way, I’ve worked closely with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and Boards during moments where the stakes were high and the margin for error was small, and where judgment and execution mattered as much as the technology itself. This site is a place to share the lessons I’ve learned the hard way and offer perspective for leaders navigating enterprise-scale change.
